Your average day will involve, helping customers, answering inquiries and providing information regarding our services and policies. This will include assisting customers with payments and helping to facilitate requests for services.

What you will do:

  • Answer, online or on the phone, inquiries from customers and investigate complaints regarding our goods, services and policies; arrange for refunds, exchange and credit for returned merchandise; receive account payments; and receive credit
  • Take customer orders for goods or services; promote goods or services; respond to inquiries and emergencies; investigate complaints and update accounts
  • Assist with the day to day operation of the platform
  • Development of support information and dynamic content elements for customer support
