You could be perfect for this position if you have a very strong internet background and you understand the basic principles behind how search engines collect, store, manipulate and present data. An extensive math background is preferable, as is some programming experience. A methodical, tenacious, and competitive personality is a must. Success will be rewarded. Two position available.
- Analyze problems to develop solutions involving computer hardware and software.
- Assign or schedule tasks in order to meet work priorities and goals.
- Evaluate project plans and proposals to assess feasibility issues.
- Apply theoretical expertise and innovation to create or apply new technology, such as adapting principles for applying computers to new uses.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to determine computing needs and system requirements.
- Meet with managers, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
- Conduct logical analyses of business, scientific, engineering, and other technical problems, formulating mathematical models of problems for solution by computers.
- Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in staffing decisions and direct training of subordinates.
- Develop performance standards, and evaluate work in light of established standards.

- English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
